How do I place an order?

1. Fill in the contact form below, making sure to complete all the fields. Don’t forget to specify the quantity you would like.
2. Once we receive your request, we will send you a quote by email within 48 working hours, along with a payment link.
3. If everything looks good to you, you can proceed with payment via the link we send you.
4. As soon as we receive your payment, your order is shipped.

We use Up2Pay technology through our bank, Crédit Agricole.

After you approve the quote, we send you a secure payment link via Up2Pay. You can then pay for your order online, simply and securely.

Is the payment secure?

Yes. Payment is made through Up2Pay, a secure payment solution. Your bank details are not shared with Rieu Frais.

How much are the delivery fees?

It all depends on the contents of your order and the delivery location.

For an order of wine bottles delivered to mainland France:

Don’t panic! If the order has not yet been shipped, we can change the address you provided.

Please note: if the order has already left our stock, you will need to contact the carrier.

Can I change my order after approving the quote?

If you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are possible as long as the order has not yet been prepared.

What happens if a wine is no longer available?

If a product is no longer available at the time of your request, we will let you know. If you wish, we can suggest an alternative suited to your tastes or budget.

Do I need to accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale?

Yes. Before finalizing your order, you will be asked to read our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
